Now Foods, L-OptiZinc 30MG has significantly improved my allergies—about a 90% improvement. I've tried both over-the-counter and prescription antihistamines without success. Since taking this, my skin's texture has improved, and my vision seems sharper. This Zinc supplement has also aided my mother with her knee problems. I take the L-Optizinc formulation alone but also supplement with magnesium and copper separately to prevent imbalances from high doses of zinc.
